970 MICROPROCESSOR |
Renowned in the marketplace for its easy
use and its wide range of functions.
This is the latest generation controller
developed by EFC, with equipment based on a microprocessor
and integrated into various modules which is especially
designed to control drying chambers. With easy installation
and handling, the Secmatic 970 allows for its connection
to a central computer or to other drying units and it also
can incorporate an alarm system.
It allows manual or programmed operations
with the possibility to establish and memorize ten programmes
with up to 25 steps. In Spanish, Portuguese, French, English,
and Catalonian.
It has multiple control functions among
which are:
 Drying
control:
By
humidity.
By
time.
By
humidity and time.
Control
of humid stoving.
Control
of the holding chambers.
Use
of the outside air.
Air
renewal.
All the drying controls include
temperature control.

This control system offers exactly the

Obviously when using a PLC, it means using an open system,
in which inputs and outputs can be added in a way so that
the programmes can be modified.

and a screen for each unit.
